Mountain Villa with Embracing Beauty is primarily for visitors interested in the construction of rockwork. Conservation needs can restrict both capacity and the area open to visitors, making it a poor choice for a rushed photograph. Study it with official interpretation if rock design is your focus. If no reservation is available or the site closes temporarily, the Suzhou Garden Museum is the sensible substitute.
Why Retreat & Reflection Garden Needs Its Own Plan
Retreat & Reflection Garden is in Tongli in Wujiang. Reaching it is a separate journey from visiting gardens inside Suzhou's old city. Combine it with Tongli's waterways, bridges and settlement pattern for half a day or a full day instead of treating it as an add-on after Humble Administrator's Garden.
